Please select the courses you wish to attend.Having run another successful course at Uppingham last summer, we are delighted that popular local artist and tutor Mark Wilde will be returning to Uppingham in 2012. Mark is a professional artist and teacher who has taught classes in the Leicestershire area since 1995. He has exhibited in galleries around the country and over the years has won numerous painting awards. His atmospheric seascapes and pen and wash street scenes are especially popular. An enthusiastic tutor, Mark teaches weekly full time classes as well as week long workshops in a variety of media.
Mark will be running a series of Drawing Workshops during the Easter holidays, and Painting Workshops in the summer. Each day will build on things learned on previous days, although students may book specific days if they wish. A list of materials required will be provided in advance.
